The Nurture Your Soil Group Coaching Program is a small-group experience designed to promote peer support while cultivating individual career presence.


In today's increasingly toxic work environments, finding courageous spaces to grow and thrive can feel like an uphill battle. Inspired by my Blog, Four Ingredients to Thrive in a Toxic Work Culture -- this coaching program offers personal and career insights to empower you to show up authentically at work, navigate challenges with confidence, and positively influence your workplace culture. 


Starting from within, you’ll discover how to become the seed of change, creating a ripple effect that transforms how you approach work interactions. By nurturing our own "soil", you'll build the strong foundation needed for your career to thrive.

Together, we can thrive! In a group coaching format, you’ll gain valuable insights from diverse perspectives, build a supportive community, and have the chance to ‘try on’ new skills in a encouraging environment that cultivates growth and confidence.

About the Program

Each 2-hour interactive session of this 7-week program will provide actionable steps to help you build your unique career presence. Through deep discussions and meaningful activities, you’ll reflect, explore, and take intentional steps to enhance how you show up at work.

Between sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to track your progress and reflect on the meaningful strides you’re making toward building your career presence. It's encouraged to set aside an additional 45-60 minutes each week to go deeper into self-reflection, including celebrating your wins along the way. 

This program is designed to strengthen your workplace presence by aligning your actions with your strengths and values while nurturing personal growth in the face of workplace challenges. By bringing together individuals from diverse workplaces and backgrounds, the group dynamic adds even more value—offering fresh perspectives, a supportive community, and opportunities to ‘try on’ new skills in a space that encourages growth and builds confidence.

Week 1

January 23

Introduction and Strength Training
We’ll set the foundation for the group and your individual journey. Together, we’ll identify where you are now, where you want to be by the program’s end, and key growth opportunities. You’ll commit to an intentional grounding practice to recenter, guide your self-exploration, and create the fertile soil needed to build a thriving career presence. 

Week 2

January 30

It’s Not About You (Ingredient 1)

Learn to recognize that others’ negative behaviors reflect more about them than you. By stepping out of the starring role in these situations, you’ll build skills to set healthy boundaries, let go of limiting beliefs, and create an empowerment practice to rise above negativity.

Week 3

February 6

What You Permit, You Promote (Ingredient 2)

This week focuses on aligning your actions with your values by defining acceptable and unacceptable behaviors. You’ll learn how to communicate feedback effectively—both praise to amplify positive behaviors and constructive feedback to minimize harmful ones. By leveraging your strengths, you’ll create psychological safety, challenge your growth edges, and set healthy boundaries. These skills will enhance your career presence and contribute to a healthier, more collaborative work environment.

Week 4

February 13

Redefine Excellence (Ingredient 3)

Define excellence on your terms by aligning your work with your personal values. This week is about avoiding burnout, creating a balanced measure of success, and taking control of your career presence. You’ll learn to evaluate your contributions to the organization alongside the effort you’re willing to invest, paving the way for sustainable satisfaction.

February 20

Assume Good Intentions (Ingredient 4)

Explore how mindfulness, equanimity, and curiosity can strengthen relationships and enhance your influence. By approaching interactions with positive intent, you’ll promote a more supportive and collaborative environment. This mindset empowers you to rise above toxic behaviors, build stronger professional connections, and focus on finding the best path forward—shifting away from a “winners and losers” mentality toward shared success. 

Week 6

February 27

Bye Week

This week, there’s no group session. Instead, you’ll meet with your accountability partners for a 20–30-minute check-in to discuss progress, reflect on growth, and stay on track.

Week 7

March 6

Growing Together

In the final week, we’ll reflect on your progress and prepare for what’s next. You’ll refine your practices, celebrate individual and group achievements, and create a plan to continue nurturing your career presence. This session amplifies your growth, helping you build momentum to lead a bold, fulfilling career.
