I know what it feels like to hit a breaking point at work. To wake up already dreading the day. To feel like you have to grind through, say yes to everything, and prove your worth—only to feel depleted and stuck.
For nearly two decades, I worked in Human Resources, spanning recruitment, employee development, and total rewards. I’ve coached professionals at every career stage and seen firsthand how stress, burnout, and career crises derail even the most high-achieving individuals.
I also lived it.
I was the square peg being forced through a round hole, wearing a “can-do” face while stress wrecked my body and mind. I earned my Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, thinking it would give me the tools to fly above these challenges. But real change didn’t come from another credential—it came from reflecting on how I was showing up, uncovering thought patterns that kept me stuck, and taking baby steps to pivot and move.
Then came the reckoning.
I realized my passion for helping people thrive hadn’t dimmed—it had outgrown the corporate box. I wasn’t here to serve the business’s bottom line. I was here to help people like you navigate career storms, regain energy, and redefine success without stress running the show.
That’s why I became a Stress Management & Career Coach with a side of Health & Wellness—to help mid-career professionals reclaim their spark, take back control, and stress-proof their lives so they can thrive.
I’m a certified Stress Management and Health & Wellness Coach through the Spencer Institute and A Wellness Revolution (accredited by NBHWC and ICF). My next step? Earning my National Board and ICF credentials—because growth never stops, for me or my clients.
Before coaching, I spent years having deep, transformational conversations in HR—helping employees, leaders, and teams navigate change, find their strengths, and align with their values. Now, I bring that same insight to my coaching, helping individuals stress better and thrive in their careers and lives.
A career crisis isn’t a dead end—it’s a turning point. Coaching is about rewriting the stories we tell ourselves—the ones that keep us stuck and the ones that help us rise.
Blackbird Life Coaching is inspired by The Beatles’ song Blackbird—a reminder that we all long to soar, even when we feel like we have a “broken wing.” If you’ve outgrown the corporate box, feel disconnected from your career, or are questioning what’s next, I help you strengthen that wing, reclaim your energy, and redefine success on your terms.
